Something I learned the hard way: Building strength on a rickety, off-centered foundation doesn’t work.
Realizing that a 225lb deadlift wasn’t the cure for my life’s problems, I went back to the basics and rebuilt my foundation from the ground up with these core concepts:
- Breathing with my actual diaphragm
- Moving with awareness and tuning into my body’s sensations with movement
- Focusing on balancing out my wonky alignment and movement patterns
- Mastering the execution of the most foundational bodyweight strength training exercises
In my Movement & Strength Training Foundations classes (weekly for my Liberated Body graduates), we work with those big 4 concepts, leaving you feeling energized, looser, and balanced. Not broken down and tired.
Feeling like you need help rebuilding your body’s foundation? I’d love for you to try a class for free 🙂
Welcome to my world of movement.
