I’m an Anatomy in Motion student for life… Since beginning my AiM learning journey in 2015, I’ve attended 7 six-day Finding Center Immersion courses in Toronto, New York, Vancouver, Santa Cruz, Melbourne, and London UK.
My training in AiM’s method of biomechanical analysis informs every aspect of my bodywork, personal training, and movement practice, and I am passionate about guiding people on their own learning path with his work.
As an AiM instructor and mentor, I am here to help AiM learners world-wide achieve mastery in their study and application of Gary Ward’s work, both for their own bodies, and in their work with their movement and therapy clients.
Mentoring is currently available for anyone who has completed any of Gary Ward’s online or in-person courses:
- Wake Your Body Up
- Wake Your Feet Up
- Closed Chain Biomechanics of the Upper and Lower Body (Module 1)
- Flow Motion Model
If you wish to receive ongoing support in your AiM learning journey via online calls, I’d be delighted to be of service 🙂
