Each lesson exposes you to Anatomy in Motion philosophy, concepts, and biomechanics, helping you to embody a healthier, more efficient way of moving.
Over ten, 90-ish minute movement lessons (15 hours), you will be guided step-by-step through movement assessments and explorations, AiM-style, to help free your body from the shackles of inefficient, compensatory movement habits that could be keeping you stuck.
